By default, backgrounds will be a flat colour, although you can specify if you want a pattern, gradient or transparent background during the process at no extra charge

Sketches are uncoloured, and a transparent version can be supplied upon request

Coloured pieces usually include a white outline around the character, depending on whether there is a complex background or not. This can be added or removed upon request

Flat Colour includes minimal coloured line art

Fully Rendered usually includes 1-2 layers of cell shading, highlights and bounce light

Pieces feature 1 character by default, except for character interactions which feature 2

All payment is done through PayPal Invoice

Payment is in AUD only

Payment is required upfront before I begin working on the piece

For more expensive commissions, I accept half payment upfront and half after I complete the sketch

The customer can cancel the commission at any point before payment

After the sketch is completed, I can partially refund the difference between the sketch price and full price for that category

No Refunds are allowed after the piece is finished

Up to 3 major revisions can be requested in the sketch phase

After lines and colouring, only minor revisions are allowed

Additional major/minor revisions will cost $5 extra per revision pass

You can repost, modify or use the piece for personal use, provided credit is given at least once

You cannot use the piece for commercial use (e.g. merchandise, reselling)

I retain the right to post the piece online or use it for promotional purposes

I respect personal information and will not the share full names or emails of any of my clients

I request that you do not share my personal details online

When posting the piece online, I will link your public social media handle unless requested not to

A coloured character reference image (Does not need to be a detailed reference sheet)

(optional) Any details about pose, expression, background, etc.

If you have no specifications for the piece, please provide a link to the characters bio or details about their personality as it is useful to me in deciding on a pose

I reserve the right to decline a commission for any reason

After accepting your request, I will create around 1-3 thumbnail sketches that you can choose from, or let me decide

Once a pose has been decided, I will send you an invoice, and will start working on the piece as soon as it is paid for

I will send WIP pictures for each stage of the commission (i.e. sketch, lining, colouring, rendering) and can take revision requests then

A piece can take anywhere from a few days to a month depending on the complexity and how much else I have going on

I will update you on commission at least one week after accepting payment and try my best to communicate if there are any significant delays

Style of commissioned art may differ from examples as my art style is liable to change over time

Colours and character details may be slightly altered to fit my style
